Automatic modified atmosphere packaging machine:
The fresh-keeping gas is generally composed of carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen (N2), oxygen (O2) and a small amount of special gases.
Carbon dioxide has the function of inhibiting the growth and reproduction of most rotten bacteria and molds, and slowing down the metabolism of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Oxygen can inhibit the growth of most anaerobic bacteria, maintain the color of fresh meat, maintain the aerobic respiration of fresh fruits and vegetables, and maintain freshness.
Nitrogen is an inert gas, which has no effect on food. As a filling gas, nitrogen worked together with carbon dioxide, oxygen and special gases to keep fresh of product. Different foods, fruits and vegetables, the requirement for fresh gas composition and proportion are different.
