In 2018, our Malaysia customer asked a favor for their thermoforming vacuum packaging machine which ordered 2 years ago because the wiring of the machine is damaged by improper operation. The call is received at the end of December. As everyone knows it is the busiest time of the year and we dispatched our after sale engineer ASAP. Finally the machine work again after the new year and customer appreciate a lot. Here is the photo when our engineer reconnect the wires and enjoy dinner with our esteemed customer in Malaysia.
