To solve the phenomenon of water mist inside the modified atmosphere packaging, measures can be taken from the following aspects:
The product should be kept at the lowest temperature in the packaging process and stored during product storage. This temperature (product temperature before packaging) should also be maintained or lower during transportation. The temperature rise of the product during the whole process should be controlled within 2℃.
In the modified atmosphere packaging, a composite cover film with strong anti-fogging properties is used. This modified atmosphere packaging cover film can reduce the surface tension of the water droplets, so that the surface energy of the modified atmosphere packaging cover film and the water is basically equal. The contact angle between them will continue to decrease to zero, and the water droplets formed will flow to the bottom along the edge of the modified atmosphere packaging, and the bottom of the modified atmosphere packaging box can be absorbed by waterproof paper.
Among them, the first point is to fundamentally control the water mist in the modified atmosphere packaging, and the second point is a remedial measure when the first point is not well controlled.
